Part Time Sheltered Scheme Manager

Eden Brown are seeking a highly efficient Sheltered Scheme Manager for a 1 month contract based in Lytham St Annes

There is an option to apply for the role on a permanent basis when the ad is released

Hours of work are flexible around a 25 hour week - Monday - Friday 8am - 1pm or 9am - 2pm (25 hours per week)

The role as Sheltered Scheme Manager will involve:

- Providing a frontline service to residents within a Scheme

- Completing Heath and Safety checks

- Morning Calls

- Support Plans

- Risk Assessments

- Managing voids

Due to the nature of this role you must have Social Housing/or Social Care experience

To start this role you must have an Enhanced DBS Check
