A Partner (qualified UK Solicitor) is required by a Legal 500 and Chambers recommended, leading regional law firm.
Our client is looking for someone to come in to lead and grow the Essex office moving forward. We are thinking it will need to be someone who has a proven track record, who is obviously comfortable with business development and marketing, but this person will still be expected to have a caseload in a 50/50 role. Their legal background can be in any area of law and this is an excellent opportunity for progression as we expect to bring this person in as a Salaried Partner and then onto equity in due course.
You will have the ability to lead and manage a professional services team, delivering excellent client and team communication skills, and able to demonstrate a proven track record of success and a desire to play a key role in the future development of the team. You will lead the office’s Business Development & Marketing initiatives (BDM), with support from the members of the team and our dedicated BDM team.
The role needs to be full-time and whilst there would be some flexibility to work from home, because this is leadership/development opportunity this would certainly be limited and therefore flexibility to be in the office/ networking when needed will be required.
