Due to year-on-year growth, the business is now hiring for a newly created position: Client Relationship Manager to work with an existing portfolio of Tier 1 clients.
The Client Relationship Manager / Account Manager Role:
As an Account Manager / Client Relationship Manager, you will be responsible for both the proactive development of accounts. This a role for someone who can bring their own structure and account management experience to the role and help create a sustainable and profitable framework for maximising account spend.
If you possess a proven track record in account management within financial services, SaaS or learning solutions, then you could be the person for this role. You will have experience in engaging with stakeholders at all levels within client businesses and be comfortable engaging with a wide variety of decision makers.
