Job Title:  Level 3 Early Years/Nursery Practitioner Location: Maldon Salary Scale: £85 - £110 per day We are excited to announce an opportunity for a Level 3 Early Years Practitioner to join our team! As a Level 3 Early Years Practitioner, you will be part of a dynamic and innovative team in a brand-new school site and nursery. We are seeking passionate, hardworking individuals to support young learners in their early educational journey. Key Responsibilities as a Level 3 Early Years Practitioner: Provide high-quality early years care and education, creating a secure, creative, and welcoming learning environment. Organise and deliver a variety of stimulating indoor and outdoor activities that promote children's development. Build strong relationships with children, parents, and colleagues, ensuring a collaborative and positive atmosphere. Work closely with the teaching team to implement the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) curriculum. As a Level 3 Early Years Practitioner, you will play a crucial role in monitoring the progress of each child, supporting their physical, emotional, and social development. You will collaborate with other staff to ensure that all children feel included and valued in their learning experience. About You as a Level 3 Early Years Practitioner: You are organised, proactive, and committed to delivering good to outstanding practices in early years education. You are passionate about working with young children and have the creativity to develop engaging activities. Strong communication skills are essential to effectively interact with staff, parents, and children. As a Level 3 Early Years Practitioner, you will be resilient and ready to adapt to the needs of the children and the school, ensuring every day is 'Good or better' for all pupils. Working Hours and Shifts for the Level 3 Early Years Practitioner: This role operates on a rotating shift pattern: Shift 1: 7:00 am – 3:00 pm Shift 2: 10:30 am – 6:30 pm This includes a break during the day.
