This is a fantastic opportunity to join a regional Main Contractor doing small works with a strong reputation for delivering high-quality projects. If you are a highly motivated and experienced Project Manager looking for your next challenge, we want to hear from you!About The Role:As Project Manager you will work closely with the Surveyors and Site Managers and take responsibility for the overall delivery of the project to budget, quality and time scales.Key Responsibilities include:• Full operational responsible for the project• Conducting regular client meetings updating on progress• Management of all site team including sub-contractors• Working with Surveyors to ensure project is in line with budgets.• Ensuring Health and Safety is adhered to.About You:• Experience of managing a commercial build project as a Project Manager• Experience working for a Main Contractor on schemes valued 500,000 +• Experience in Healthcare sector• Experience in new build & refurbishment• Experience of speaking to clients at multiple levels• Experience of managing sub-contractors effectively• SMSTS and First Aid• CSCS card• Degree or HND Qualified or a Trades background.If you’re interested in the role and meet the requirements, please apply today.Application closing date 2nd August
