Launched in 2019, Thames MMXX was founded by Boarder, Artist and Creative Director, Blondey McCoy. Since it’s inception the brand has had several highly successful collections, and is now embarking on the next phase of it’s exciting growth journey.
The Role
As Marketing Consultant at Thames MMXX, you'll be pivotal to developing our digital marketing strategies and strengthening our social media presence.
This is a rare and exciting opportunity to join a growing brand. This role will be 1-3 days per week, and will be a hybrid position, with some days worked in our London studio.
Responsibilities
· Develop and execute digital marketing strategies that align with business goals.
· Plan and execute campaigns across multiple channels (Instagram, Tiktok, Email Marketing and any other channels).
· Analyse campaign performance data, produce relevant and timely reports and provide actionable insights to improve return on ad spend.
· Collaborate with the creative team to create and manage a content calendar and ensure creative assets developed meet the needs of the performance marketing plan including opportunities to test and learn.
· Monitor competitors and the latest digital marketing trends to ensure our strategies are current and effective.
· Recommend website strategy and website improvements to increase SEO and maximise relevant traffic and conversion.
The Person
· Previous experience scaling small businesses – ideally within fashion, e-commerce or creative industries.
· At least 3 years’ experience in digital marketing, with portfolio of previous projects and work.
· Exceptional attention to detail.
· Able to handle multiple projects simultaneously, with the ability to be adaptable, flexible and prioritise tasks efficiently.
· A good team player in a small dynamic team with excellent communication skills.
