Supply Teachers Location: Tunbridge Wells, Kent Salary: £120 - £250 per day (dependent on experience) Start Date: Ongoing Contract: Flexible, Full-time or Part-time Are you a passionate and adaptable teacher looking for flexible working opportunities in secondary schools? GSL Education are seeking Supply Teachers to support various Secondary Schools in Tunbridge Wells. This is a fantastic opportunity for experienced teachers and Early Career Teachers (ECTs) who are looking to broaden their teaching experience and enjoy flexible working arrangements. Supply Teachers Key Responsibilities: Deliver pre-planned lessons to secondary students across Key Stages 3, 4, and 5, ensuring continuity in education. Manage the classroom effectively to maintain a positive learning environment. Engage with students of varying abilities, ensuring all students can access the curriculum. Adapt quickly to different school settings and follow school policies and procedures. Mark and assess work where required, ensuring students receive valuable feedback. Communicate effectively with colleagues and students, maintaining a professional attitude. Ideal Supply Teachers must: Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or be an ECT with secondary teaching experience. Have a passion for teaching and the flexibility to work across different schools and subjects. Be adaptable, resourceful, and capable of handling different classroom settings with ease. Have strong classroom management skills and the ability to engage students of all abilities. Be committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young people.
