Your Role:
As an Experienced Recruitment Consultant, you'll:
?? Source, network, and engage with top-tier tech talent
?? Conduct 360 recruitment cycles from initial screening to placement
?? Close recruitment sales cycles and achieve financial targets
?? Utilise cutting-edge rectech tools to enhance your recruitment process
?? Meet and exceed set financial and activity targets
Ideal Candidate:
- Experience: Proven track record in tech recruitment with 360 placements
- Tech-Savvy: Extensive experience with LinkedIn Recruiter and other rectech tools
- Innovation: Interest in exploring and implementing new recruitment technologies
- Drive: Strong motivation to succeed, financially driven with resilience and enthusiasm
- Language: Fluency in Danish, Finnish, Norwegian or Swedish is a significant advantage, but not required
