Key Responsibilities:
* Cost Management ??: Prepare and manage project budgets, estimates, and forecasts to ensure financial efficiency and profitability.
* Procurement ???: Oversee the procurement process for materials, labor, and subcontractors to achieve value for money.
* Contract Administration ??: Administer contracts and resolve any disputes in accordance with legal frameworks and best practices.
* Site Visits ?????: Conduct regular site visits to assess progress, ensuring compliance with project specifications and timelines.
* Collaboration ??: Work closely with project managers, engineers, and clients to ensure seamless communication and project success.
* Reporting ??: Prepare financial and progress reports for internal and external stakeholders, providing them with insights and updates.
* Risk Management ??: Identify and mitigate potential risks throughout the project lifecycle.
Requirements:
* Experience: Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor, preferably with residential project experience. ??
* Qualifications: Relevant degree in Quantity Surveying or equivalent. ??
* Skills: Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and proficiency in MS Office and quantity surveying software. ??
* Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to ensure effective collaboration with all stakeholders. ???
* Problem Solving: Ability to work under pressure and resolve issues efficiently. ??
