Fire and Security Engineer

V7 are hiring on behalf of a leading Fire and Security company based in West Yorkshire for a Service/Install engineer to join their growing team.Company:Organised team of management who value training and development to the highest standards. Committed to employee wellbeing.Responsibilities:Basic troubleshooting, installation, maintenance and repair on designated equipment.Completing preventative maintenance and field modifications.Maintaining effective communications with customers and office to ensure resolution and proper follow-up.Meeting Health & Safety and all other applicable regulatory requirements at all times.Identifying and participating in sales opportunities such as new contracts, and system sales and following these through with the sales team with a collaborative approach.Be part of the emergency out of hours standby engineering team and go on the daily call out rota.Requirements:Strong knowledge of either Fire Alarm, Intruder Alarm, CCTV or Access Control systems.Ability to both install and serviceIPAF, ECS, PASMA Licenses (Desired)Minimum 2 years experience as an engineerBenefits:Salary £30,000 - £40,000 Dependant on Experience.Door to Door paid travelCompany vehicleTravel solely within Yorkshire25 Days Holiday + 3x Days Xmas + Bank HolidaysOvertime opportunites - 1.5x over 40 hours.OTE - £40K+Please contact: Bsteer@v7recruitment | 07458 161611 for more information.
