Senior HR Business Partner - Multinational Manufacturing Organisation - Craigavon MCS Group is absolutely thrilled to be partnering with a multinational manufacturing organisation based in Craigavon, who currently require a highly experienced Senior HR Business Partner on a contract basis for 1 year. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of driving organisational change to meet future business requirements, as well as driving the cultural agenda effectively within a function. The role The successful Senior HR Business Partner will be commercially minded, interacting on a regular basis with various key internal stakeholders at all levels, ensuring the HR service they provide genuinely adds value to the business. As the business looks ahead, the Senior HR Business Partner will be incredibly important in the delivery of organisational change initiatives, driving a positive company culture across a range of teams. Reporting to the Head of HR, the Senior HR Business Partner will be responsible for the overall HR Generalist remit, providing advice and guidance across a range of HR responsibilities, including performance management, employee relations, absence management, recruitment and disciplinaries. This is a unionised setting, so experience in this area would be highly advantageous.
