SEND Teaching Assistant | About the role:A SEND Teaching Assistant could earn up to £105 a day (including holiday pay!) | Paid weekly via PAYE | Weekly pay in ArrearsYou will be provided with full safeguarding training and guidance on role expectations before undertaking the role of a SEND Teaching AssistantYou'll be supporting children with SEND with their class work, along with implementing skills and strategies developed in the classroom.You will be leading your extracurricular sessions or 1:1 sessions with children outside of the classroom to assist their learning further, and developing your skills.You will become a friendly face amongst staff and students.SEND Teaching Assistant | About you:A First-Class Degree in Psychology or a related subject.Child-Centred Experience would be advantageous.Aspirations to become a Psychologist or Therapist in the future.Excellent interpersonal skills, patience, and a calm temperament.
