Principal Surveyor - Asset Management

I have partnered with a large central London multi sector Corporate Property Group looking to hire a Principal Surveyor in their Corporate Asset Management team.

We have placed several exceptional surveyors with this long-standing client over the years & feedback is always the same. The variety & calibre of assets, alongside the levels of exposure & responsibility for your allocated portfolio is unmatched.

The portfolio ranges from large multi let offices up to 500,000 sq ft, high end retail units, ultra urban industrial & a range of F&B.

The role encompasses all aspects of strategic asset management, including developing the efficiency of their assets, exploring options and opportunities to create value, and maintaining optimum effectiveness of operational property. Implementation of Asset Management Plans for the operational property portfolio.

The role also includes evaluation of underutilised assets, Valuation for internal purposes, together with the management and disposal of surplus assets.

Occupier strategy & operational portfolio experiences is beneficial for this role.

You would be working out of their City office, with a fully hybrid working set up. Salary of up to £60,000 plus package & a generous pension contribution.
