They are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Marketing Executive to join their team. This role is perfect for a creative individual with a passion for marketing and a keen understanding of technology solutions. The Marketing Executive will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies that increase brand awareness, generate leads, and drive customer engagement for the portfolio of IT Solutions. You will take ownership for the company brand and all marketing activity. However this is not a leadership role, you will be in charge of delivery.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Develop and Implement Marketing Strategies: Design and execute comprehensive marketing plans that align with business goals, including online and offline campaigns, content marketing, and social media strategies.
  • Content Creation and Management: Create engaging content for various platforms (website, blog, social media, newsletters, etc.) to drive traffic, engagement, and leads. This includes writing blog posts, whitepapers, case studies, and other marketing collateral.
  • Digital Marketing Campaigns: Manage and optimize digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels, such as Google Ads, social media, email marketing, and SEO to maximize ROI.
  • Brand Management: Maintain and enhance the company’s brand presence, ensuring consistency across all marketing channels and materials.
  • Market Research and Analysis: Conduct market research to identify trends, competitors, and opportunities. Analyze campaign performance data to refine and optimize strategies.
  • Collaboration and Coordination: Work closely with the sales, product, and technical teams to develop product positioning, messaging, and promotional activities.
  • Event Planning and Management: Plan, organize, and manage webinars, trade shows, and other events to promote products and services.
  • Customer Engagement and Relationship Building: Foster relationships with customers and partners to enhance brand loyalty


Qualifications:

  • 2-4 years of experience in a marketing role, preferably within the technology or IT services industry.
  • Proven experience in digital marketing, content creation, SEO, PPC, and social media management.
  • B2B marketing experience
  • Strong analytical skills with experience in data-driven marketing.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Creative thinker with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
  • Familiarity with marketing automation tools (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo) and analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics).


Preferred Skills:

  • Knowledge of IT solutions
  • Experience with graphic design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Canva).
  • Understanding of B2B marketing and lead generation strategies.
