Sprayer Operator - West Midlands

Role Responsibilities: * To undertake all spaying operations, operating equipment competently and efficiently to ensure high productivity * To maintain accurate records of chemicals used, applications and rates etc * To follow all farm health and safety protocols * To perform routine sprayer and tractor maintenance to ensure it is always in good working order Skills you will need: Essential: * Proven experience of tractor driving and spraying * PA1 and PA2 qualifications * A strong understanding of arable practices and crop protection techniques * A team player with a ‘can-do’ attitude * Good attention to detail * Good routine workshops skills * Enthusiastic, hardworking and dedicated * Conscientious with a sense of personal pride in the work undertaken * UK driving licence Remuneration: An attractive salary and package commensurate with the successful candidate's experience plus accommodation if required.
