This strategic role involves implementing a new HR system designed to enhance the experience for employees, managers, and candidates, while fostering a culture of innovation and service excellence.Key Responsibilities:Lead and manage complex projects from planning through to delivery, ensuring alignment with the organization’s strategic goals.Coordinate multidisciplinary teams, manage stakeholders, and oversee the project lifecycle, including scope, budget, risks, and communication.Engage in procurement and contract management, ensuring compliance with public sector guidelines.Provide leadership and support to project team members, fostering a collaborative and high-performance environment.What We’re Looking For:Qualifications: Prince2 certification or equivalent.Experience: Proven track record in managing large-scale projects, ideally within HR or payroll system implementation.Skills: Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management abilities, with a focus on delivering complex projects in a matrix environment.Desirable: Experience in the education sector and knowledge of HR processes.Why Join Us?
