Job Profile for Senior Project Manager - LF281188
Our client a multi-disciplinary construction consultancy, are currently seeking a Senior Project Manager to join them in their rapidly growing Chichester or Maidstone office. The Senior Project Manager will be working on projects across the residential, commercial, framework and fire safety sectors and will be responsible for project delivery of these schemes. The PM will be working across all RIBA stages and will operate from home, the Chichester or Maidstone office and onsite
It is envisaged that the successful candidate will have a minimum of 4-5 years’ experience working client side or for another construction consultancy. You will also need a relevant degree or qualification in Building Surveying, Project Management, Quantity Surveying, etc. Candidates must also be able to commute to Chichester or Maidstone.
Senior Project Manager Position Overview
Planning what work needs to be done, when and who’s going to do it
Looking at the risks involved in a particular project and managing these risks
Making sure the work is done to the right standard
Motivating the team of people involved in the project
Co-ordinating work done by different people
Making sure the project is running on time and to budget
Dealing with changes to the project as and when necessary
making sure the project delivers the expected outcomes and benefits

Senior Project Manager Position Requirements
Minimum of 4-5 years’ experience with another consultancy or client side
Relevant degree or qualification in Building Surveying, Project Management, Quantity Surveying
Full driving licence
Able to commute to Chichester or Maidstone.
Senior Project Manager Position Remuneration
Salary: £45k - £65k DOE (possibly more for a strong candidate)
Car Allowance
Hybrid working (up to 4 days per week)
25 days holiday plus BH (increasing with service and also offers a buy/sell scheme)
