South East England based.Hybrid split between home, office and 50% travelling to customers in Europe.

• The European Sales Manager role is around 50% travelling across Europe. Office time will depend on travel, clients, and meetings.

Package:

• £80,000 OTE. £60-65,000 is salary (negotiable) and sales bonus upto 30% (£18,000-20,000).

European Sales Manager

• Manage the sales strategy for a specific portfolio of engineered plastic and polymers including key account development and liaison with marketing colleagues.
• Develop European Sales strategies, and measure sales performance to large goals by monitoring smaller scale KPI’s and optimising sales plans.
• A typical month for the European Sales Manager could include key account management, development of relationships, attending customer meetings and trade events, plus leadership of bids, tenders and closing sales deals.
• In addition to a technical or engineering background, the ideal skillset will include sales strategy, leadership of bids, tenders and achieving sales goals.
