Blow Moulding Technician Bellshill - Glasgow Full-Time (4 on 4 off shifts) Salary: £39,650.15 annually We are seeking a skilled Blow Moulding Technician to join our manufacturing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for optimising, supporting, and maintaining production equipment to ensure efficient and high-quality output. This role is crucial in driving site performance through continuous improvement and problem-solving activities. Main Responsibilities: Set up and operate blow moulding equipment. Maintain and troubleshoot production machinery. Ensure compliance with health and safety standards. Monitor and optimize machine performance. Conduct quality checks and maintain documentation. Support continuous improvement initiatives. Train and mentor junior technicians and operators. Report and resolve any safety or quality incidents. Maintain hygiene and housekeeping standards. Key Requirements: Technical qualification (e.g., City & Guilds, ONC Manufacturing Engineering, NVQ 3 Manufacturing). Minimum 2 years of experience in a blow moulding or plastics manufacturing environment. Strong problem-solving skills. Confident with IT. Ability to work shifts. Attention to detail, self-motivated, and a team player
