Essential Skills and Qualities that we are looking from you: Supervise students during teacher absences and ensure they engage in educational activities. Deliver pre-set lesson plans across a variety of subjects. Manage classroom behaviour and maintain a positive learning environment. Support students in completing their work to the best of their ability. Report on class progress and any issues to teaching staff. Your Responsibilities Will Include: Strong communication and classroom management skills. Confidence in supervising and engaging with students. Ability to follow pre-set lesson plans and instructions. Flexibility and adaptability to cover various subjects.
