Security Clearance:
The successful candidate must be able to achieve and maintain Security Check (SC) security clearance for this role.
Job Spec:
As a Licenced Aircraft Engineer, you ll have a role that s out of the ordinary. You will help to drive the delivery of the flying activities at alongside your Client and Military colleagues by taking a Whole Force approach to our activities and ensuring that Client s excellent safety and delivery reputation is always maintained.
Day-to-day, you will have the following Responsibilities:
- Coordinating all CAA part 145 paperwork.
- H&S of all equipment and reporting of any faults and diagnostic problems.
- Providing a CRS signature when appropriate to release an aircraft to service after either defect rectification or scheduled maintenance.
Essential experience of the Licenced Aircraft Engineer:
- Aircraft inspections, repair and maintenance
- Sound understanding of partnering and alliance between customer and contract.
- Line support tasks
- Type Rating on Grob 115E aircraft and Lycoming 360 engines.
- Have previously worked in a pt.145 environment.
- Experience in the aircraft maintenance industry.
Qualifications for the Licenced Aircraft Engineer:
- Recognised SHEQ Qualification
- Working knowledge of safety management systems (SMS).
- EASA/CAA Part 66, B1.2 license.
- Clean driving licence.
