**Visual Merchandiser (National) – Global Luxury Fashion Brand – London** We are currently recruiting for a leading luxury fashion manufacturer, whose brands are recognised around the world. As a company they turnover £100 million in the UK, have offices in a number of countries and employ around 2,000 people. This is working within a fast paced, glamourous industry where they are looking for someone who has experience presenting brands instore to drive commercial success. Role:You will be responsible for -Plan all visual merchandising in line with brand guidelinesMerchandise semi-permanent and permanent in store locations across key accountsAbility to review branded design specifications for store fit outsBuild relationships with regional store managers to constantly stay aware of performance to feedback to HQCross functional collaboration with Product, Marketing and Sales teamsProvide monthly image reportsCandidate:The ideal candidate will -Proven track record of demonstrating strong organisational, project and time management skillsVisual merchandising experience, ideally across multiple locationsProficient in the use of Adobe and CAD to facilitate projectsComfortable thriving in a fast-paced environment, exhibiting decisiveness and autonomy in decision-making while requiring minimal supervisionPrior experience in FMCG, ideally within the fashion industry, is highly desirable, showcasing a deep understanding of industry dynamics and trendsPackage:Basic Salary £28,000 - £35,000Bonus 3-5%Private healthcare plan25 days holiday + bank holidaysPensionDiscounts on all brandsPlus a number of corporate benefitsFlexible working – 2 days a week from homeThis is a great chance to join a market leading brand who can offer huge career potential in a vibrant team.
