Competitive financial package. Obtaining medical/accountancy evidence when required and have the ability to interpret that evidence and advise accordingly. Conducting advocacy. Experience of criminal law within the last five years. Knowledge of the Legal Aid system. Advocacy and litigation skills. Higher rights of advocacy qualification. Specialist expertise in one or more areas of criminal law, particularly motoring offences and financial crime, white collar, financial and business crime. Experience with private clients and an ability to generate more private client cases.
