Key Responsibilities of the Electronics Engineer:
Lead the development, testing, and implementation of PCB and SMT production processes.
Troubleshoot and optimize production lines to ensure the highest efficiency and quality.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including design and quality, to ensure product success.
Stay ahead of industry trends and advancements, bringing fresh ideas and innovations to the table.
What do you need to demonstrate in order to be shortlisted for the Electronics Engineer?
Proficient in implementing process controls and industry best practices for PCBA production
Familiarity with in-circuit testing (ICT) and functional testing methods.
Strong understanding of IPC standards and their application.
Strong in developing process flows, work instructions, and relevant documentation.
