Key Responsibilities:

Build and Lead Client Relationships:

  • Leverage your extensive network and relationships to grow their client base.
  • Oversee the full 360-dealer process, from onboarding to executing tailored strategies that meet clients’ unique risk management needs.
  • Proactively manage client portfolios, ensuring regular communication, timely updates, and insightful market analysis.
  • Help clients navigate complex financial markets by translating industry jargon into actionable advice.
  • Develop and maintain a client pipeline, using CRM tools to track prospects and ensure a disciplined approach to client acquisition.

Strategic Execution:

  • Execute pricing across the full range of spot, forward, swaps, and options with precision and professionalism.
  • Structure and restructure option strategies, understanding the key variables that influence pricing.
  • Communicate clearly and ensure all client interactions are documented according to compliance standards, including adherence to MIFID regulations.

Team Leadership:

  • Inspire and lead by example, fostering a culture of collaboration and open communication.
  • Embrace a hands-on approach—whether it's coaching the team, troubleshooting client challenges, or contributing to strategy discussions.
  • Be a proactive problem-solver who thrives in a startup environment, willing to go above and beyond to ensure the success of the team and clients.

What They're Looking For:

  • A proven track record in foreign exchange, treasury, or financial markets, with a deep understanding of complex financial instruments.
  • A consultative sales approach, able to identify client needs and craft solutions that align with their business goals.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to distill complex market data into clear, actionable insights.
  • A collaborative, positive attitude—someone who embraces challenges and is always ready to learn.
