Location: Edmonton, London Salary: Up to £41,500 + Excellent Benefits Package   About the Role:   An exciting opportunity is available for an enthusiastic and experienced Soft Services Manager to join a dynamic team in Edmonton, London. This is a fantastic role for a passionate individual to lead and manage the Soft Services team on-site, with occasional support for other Southern locations as required.   Responsibilities: Oversee recruitment, training, and development of the Soft Services team. Manage timekeeping, payroll, and staff absences using SAP. Allocate tasks, ensuring all staff maintain professionalism and follow site rules. Ensure proper use of hygiene materials and monitor machinery safety. Conduct weekly equipment checks and promptly report defects. Maintain work standards with KPI checklists and up-to-date documentation. Oversee safety protocols and manage work orders to meet KPIs. Skills and experience: Proven experience in facilities management with a focus on soft services. Excellent customer service skills and the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders. Professional, enthusiastic, and able to work under pressure. Strong communication skills and office experience. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
