Head of Marketing - Luxury Hospitality Brand - London - salary up to £70,000 + package
About the Role:
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a dynamic and experienced Head of Marketing to join a luxury hospitality business with a strong presence. This role will be responsible for shaping and executing the overall marketing strategy, driving brand awareness, and guest acquisition.
Key Responsibilities: - Develop and implement a comprehensive marketing strategy that aligns with business objectives and growth plans. - Oversee all brand, digital, and communication activities, ensuring consistent messaging across multiple channels and propositions. - Lead the creation of innovative campaigns to attract, engage, and retain customers - Manage and inspire a team of marketing professionals, fostering a culture of creativity, collaboration, and performance. - Analyse market trends and customer insights to inform strategic decisions and adapt to changing industry landscapes. - Collaborate closely with senior leadership, operations, and sales teams to drive integrated marketing initiatives. - Monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing efforts, adjusting strategies as needed to optimize ROI. - Represent the brand at key industry events and stay ahead of hospitality and marketing trends.
About You: - Proven experience in a senior marketing role within the hospitality, industry. Luxury hospitality experience is highly desirable!! - Strong leadership skills with experience managing teams and delivering successful large-scale campaigns. - Strategic thinker with the ability to translate vision into actionable plans. - Hands-on experience with digital marketing, brand management, and customer engagement strategies. - Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
