These teams deliver the cross functional team delivering micro services architecture.Agile / IT Delivery Manager / Scrum / delivery project manager / Agile Delivery / SoftwareKey Responsibilities:• Facilitate scrum ceremonies; planning, stand ups, retrospectives and reviews• Applying scrum within a hybrid delivery model• Working closely with cross functional teams consisting of software developers, cloud engineers (DevOps), software architects and business analysts.• Guide sessions to shape upcoming work and deliveries• Bring teams together to estimate the size of the upcoming work• Work with Head of Engineering, Product Manager and other Delivery Leads to plan and schedule releases• Resource and capacity planning across multiple squads• Identify issues and risks in delivery, and propose solutions to those• Develop and maintain partnerships with internal and external stakeholders - third-party vendorsExperience:• Certified Scrum Professional or equivalent (i.e. or Scrum Alliance qualifications)• 5+ years project management experience in an agile environment• Worked in more than one company within an Agile framework• Experience supporting multi-function project teams with at least 5-10 team members including but not limited to, Software Engineers, Cloud Engineers (DevOps), Designers, Product Managers, Business Analysts, and QA Engineers• Agile techniques - User Stories, Continuous Integration, BDD/TDD, Pairing, Automated TestingAgile / IT Delivery Manager / Scrum / delivery project manager / Agile Delivery / Software
