Head of Health & Safety

MCS Group is delighted to be working with a household brand in Northern Ireland, to recruit a Head of Health & Safety to join their growing Senior Leadership team. Want to join an evolving Senior Leadership Team, in a company going through rapid growth? You will; Develop, implement, and maintain H&S strategies to improve standards in line with industry best practices and actively promote a developing safety culture. Manage and work on the development of H&S policies, systems of work and procedures. Undertake Health & Safety risk management assessment in line with recognised standards such as ISO 45001. Lead the risk assessment and safe systems of work and control of substances hazardous to health (COSHH) projects. You will come from a background managing Safety, in a Manufacturing background, ideally with around 5+ years experience in Health and Safety Management experience. NEBOSH Diploma or Degree level education! Salary circa 55-60K. All details including package will be discussed upon application.
