This Change Manager role works predominantly on internally-facing Business Change and IT projects, often updating legacy systems, delivering technology projects, and improving ways of working. If you are a Change Manager with some of the following skills/experience, this role could be for you: Working with internal and external stakeholders across the project Lifecycle to implement successful change Hybrid Waterfall and Agile ways of working Delivery-focused, motivated, and always takes the initiative Wide variety of backgrounds considered, regulated industries desirable but not essential Able to work in a fast-paced environmentYou'll be joining a small, diverse team who value collaboration and DE&I.
