The companies our investors have previously backed or built include the likes of Spotify, Airbnb, Klarna, Truelayer, Snapchat, Workday, Personio, Workvivo, Pointy, Workable, Wayflyer and more.We work in a hybrid work environment with a minimum of 2 days per week required in our office, in either Dublin or London.What You'll DoProspect, qualify and close new opportunities, expanding our footprint in the UK & Ireland market across both SMB and Mid-Market sized CompaniesBe an expert at sourcing your own leads and generating your own businessMaintain a deep understanding of the company’s products or services, staying updated on new features and benefits to effectively communicate value to prospectsConduct in-depth discovery sessions with prospectsWork with internal stakeholders to ensure smooth relations and process adherenceNegotiate deals with clients that satisfy both the customer and company needsManage and maintain a healthy sales pipeline, tracking all sales activities and customer interactions in the CRM systemConsistently meet and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets in a fast-paced and dynamic environmentContribute to the development and refinement of sales strategies to achieve company objectivesKnowledge, Skills And Experience2-4 years of outbound Account Executive experience OR experience working in a sales role in the Health Insurance and Pension SpaceMinimum of 1 year BDR/SDR ExperienceProven track record of consistently exceeding targets as an individual contributorExperience in a fast-paced / start-up / scale-up environmentDemonstrated ability to be a real team playerResults-focused and a ‘whatever it takes’ attitudeSelf-motivated and resilient with the ability to show initiative and work independentlyGreat prioritisation skillsWhat you’re like as a person and how you treat people is a big deal for us.
