Senior Operations Technician

We have a FULLY REMOTE technical support role with a leading international, Lloyds broker. You will join a dedicated Technical Operations Team. This role will focus on supporting post-placement technical activity for the placement and servicing of international open market, binder and line slip business across a diverse range of different classes. Overview A good understanding of MRC slips to ensure that client documentation reflects information agreed within the MRC or associated schedules. Possess a solid understanding of the complete processes and procedures required to successfully place risks into the Syndicate & Company markets. Have the ability to review and audit invoices and evidence of cover notes created by offshore technical teams to ensure accuracy and compliance. Have the technical knowledge to act as the go to person for technical auditing, authorisation and issuance support. Be able to collaborate with stakeholders to resolve queries and achieve successful outcomes. What you need to show Minimum 5 years' experience working within a Lloyds insurance Broker Experience in Marine and/or Property and/or Casualty A solid understanding of documentation and procedures in the Lloyds market Attention to detail and accuracy Self-motivated and able to work with a degree of autonomy.
