We are looking for an experienced Head Chef to join a hugely successful £multi-million operation, part of an expanding group . You might also be a sous chef keen to step up. Benefits Straight shifts Generous bonus paid quarterly Discounted food & drink The Head Chef we are looking for will have an all fresh food, high volume, fast paced, branded high street restaurant/quick service background with the ability to manage teams, stock and GPs'. HEAD CHEF - IS THIS YOU? Experience as a Head Chef in a branded high street business - high volume and fast paced serving all fresh food menus Passion for cooking with fresh produce - core menu experience will be a bonus A hands-on lead from the front approach and a real eye for detail A strong people manager with the ability to recruit, lead, coach, train & motivate a team Financially astute - managing GPs', stock, costs, budgets, wastage and labour HEAD CHEF - YOU WILL: Manage all day to day kitchen operations in a hands-on capacity Recruit, train, lead, coach, motivate and develop your team Prepare and cook the all fresh company core menu Work closely with the FOH team Ensure all compliance, legislation and company systems & procedures are adhered to APPLY TODAY Please note: You must be resident in the UK and eligible to work.
