A global law firm based in the City of London is looking to hire a mid-level lawyer on an interim basis with a background in financial services regulatory. This is a 6 month contract that would be joining the firms FS Regulatory team and assisting the broader team with overflow support.
Ideally, the client is looking for a mid level lawyer between 5 and 8 PQE who can work independently, with limited partner supervision and who is able to be client facing.
The interim candidate will join the firm to assist with a number of ongoing projects. They require a candidate with exposure with the regulation of payments (Payments Servicces Regulations, E-Money Regulations, AML compliance, BCOBs), investments (MIFID, MIFIR, CASS). In this role the successful candidate will advising the firms banking clients, advising on payment regulations.
