About the Role: We are looking for a highly motivated Partner Ecosystem Sales Director to join our growing team and drive significant growth in the UK market. In this role, you will be responsible for: Developing and nurturing partnerships with system integrators (SI) and vendor partners across the UK. Driving revenue growth through strategic partner relationships across the UK market. Leading partnership activities to generate new revenue streams from both existing clients and prospective customers, with support from the FintechOS team. Collaborating closely with Sales Managers on partner-driven opportunities to ensure alignment and success. Working with pre-sales, customer success, and technical delivery teams to ensure seamless execution of partner-led solutions. Managing key relationships with third-party vendor partners, while coordinating internal support to help them succeed. Measuring success through the formation of high-value partnerships and achieving revenue targets. What You’ll Bring: Excellent communication and relationship-building skills with C-level executives at Tier 1 and Tier 2 banks and insurance firms. Proven success in driving business growth within the UK market, particularly in fintech or financial services. A strong track record of exceeding seven-figure sales targets through a partner ecosystem. A deep understanding of how to leverage partnerships to unlock new revenue opportunities. Formal sales training and experience with structured sales methodologies. A proactive, results-oriented approach with a demonstrated ability to take initiative. Exceptional organisational, time management, and multitasking abilities. Strong problem-solving skills and a structured, solution-focused approach to work.
