Hardware & Software SolutionsAbout the Role: As an Account Manager, you will be the first point of contact to clients, ensuring they receive top-tier support and solutions tailored to their business needs. You will manage and grow a portfolio of key accounts while seeking new opportunities to expand their reach within your territory. Key Responsibilities: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. Identify and pursue new business opportunities by understanding clients' needs and promoting our comprehensive range of solutions. Conduct regular account reviews to analyse performance and recommend improvements. Collaborate with technical and sales teams to deliver seamless service. Prepare and present proposals, contracts, and service offerings to clients. Stay informed about industry trends and emerging technologies to provide innovative solutions to clients.What We're Looking For: Proven track record in sales, account management, or business development, ideally in IT, managed print, or technology solutions. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Ability to build relationships with senior decision-makers.
