As a Senior Nurse, you will: Ensure consistent standards of patient care in line with operational policies and procedures. Promote the well-being and interests of patients, employees, and consultants. Act as an advocate for junior team members and deputise for the Sister/Charge Nurse when needed. Provide individualised patient care and uphold excellent care standards. Advocate for safeguarding patients and uphold professional conduct as per NMC and HCPC guidelines. The ideal Senior Nurse will have: Registered general nurse level 1/Diploma/BSc in Nursing studies. Valid NMC Registration and evidence of relevant clinical professional development. Mentorship Qualification (ENB 998 or equivalent). Excellent clinical applied knowledge and basic workload/shift management skills.
