Our client, a UK Leading Multi Utility Provider are currently recruiting for a Quantity Surveyor based from their Midlands Depot.

Salary:

• 60,000
• 5,000 Car Allowance

The Role:

• Commercially, you will play a ctritical role within the business, effectively managing all commercial aspects of the region and maintaining strong relationships with key internal and external stakeholders.
• You will take ownership of reporting on financial performance and assisting the management team to ensure commercial awareness is administered during project delivery
• You will need to posses sound commercial skills, be customer focused
• Production of weekly and monthly cost / value reconciliations

Requirements:

• Experienced working in the utility sector commercial / financial environment
• Management and production of cost reconiliation
• Experience working directly with clients
• Building internal and external relationships
• Strong commercial expertise within the Utilities sector
