Private Client Administrator London/Partial remote
Our client is a highly regarded, award winning boutique private client wealth planner, asset manager and specialist within employee benefits. The company has been built on integrity and trust, which has resulted in the award of Corporate chartered status by the Chartered Insurance institute. Due to increased levels of business this opportunity has arisen, allowing an ambitious, talented and committed Private Client Administrator to join a truly impressive firm, and to provide exceptional quality technical and general administrative support to the Private Client Director and other members of a busy and successful team.
As an experienced Private Client Administrator, your duties will include (but not limited to):
Organising and diarising meetings on behalf of the Private Client Director
Working with the Private Client Director to prioritise tasks
Assisting with general administration as required
Producing accurate client portfolio valuations and statements using Intelligent Office
Assist with cash management control on client accounts
Closing plans correctly on Intelligent Office in a timely manner and ensure income expectations
Notifying the adviser of any suspicion of a complaint and follow appropriate procedures within the complaints handling process
As an experienced Private Client Administrator you will possess most of the following:
At last 1 years’ experience within the independent sector of the financial services industry, in a relevant administration role
Sound technical knowledge covering pensions and investments, ISAs, bonds, trusts and protection
Demonstrable experience of delivering client service at the highest level
Excellent IT skills with a good working knowledge of Excel
Sufficient understanding of the needs of Financial Services teams, FCA rules and compliances in order to effectively carry out the role
Possess focus and motivation in delivering an exceptional level of customer service to clients, third parties and colleagues
