Part time Legal Cashier Leeds City Centre Salary: £30,500 pro rata Hours 9-5.00pm Monday to Wednesday Hybrid working - 2 days in the office, 1 day from home Excellent benefits and flexible working options Our client is an established law firm in Leeds City Centre and they are looking for a Legal Cashier to join their team on a part time basis. We are looking for someone with solid legal cashier experience, strong attention to detail and numerical skills and good communication skills. The role will involve: Legal Cashiering duties ensuring compliance with regulations Online banking and bank Reconciliations Managing the accounts system Supporting in the client billing process - raising bills Disbursements Client deposits Processing payments for clients using credit card Cheques and cash banking Investigating ledgers Managing an inbox - monitoring requests Dealing with enquiries - phone, face to face - internally people with queries Liaising with fee earners when receiving payments Ensuring timely payments of invoices Requirements: Minimum 2 years Legal Cashier experience essential Able to maintain efficient workload, diary and task management ensuring accuracy and levels of client service expected.
