Parts Sales Advisor

Parts Advisor Northampton Permanent Monday - Friday Salary: £26,000 - £27,000 plus bonus (OTE £35,000+) Do you have an interest in working within the automotive industry? You will be following up leads coming into the business & sourcing parts for commercial/plant vehicles and then arranging shipment. Roles and Responsibilities for the Parts Advisor include: Communicate with customer and suppliers Develop and follow up enquiries Identify customers parts requirements Sourcing suppliers, web research Learn product knowledge to prepare quotations effectively Accept and process customer orders Customer & supplier liaison Customer and product support - dealing with customers queries / issues To be successful in the role of the Parts Advisor you must have: Customer service experience Aptitude and interest to learn about technical parts Computer literate, knowledge of basic Word and Excel Ability to work on own initiative within a strong team framework Communicate effectively by Telephone and e-mail Please note, due to the high volumes of applications we receive daily, should you not be contacted within 72 hours, your application is unsuccessful.
