If you are passionate about supporting children's learning and development and have a proven track record of working in a primary school setting, we would love to hear from you!Key Responsibilities: Provide in-class support to the teacher, assisting with lesson preparation, classroom management, and student engagement.Offer one-on-one and small group support to students, helping to bridge learning gaps and promote progress across the curriculum.Assist with the implementation of Individual Education Plans (IEPs) for students with additional learning needs, ensuring personalized support is provided.Foster a positive, inclusive, and engaging learning environment that encourages children's confidence, independence, and participation.Monitor and assess student progress, reporting feedback to the class teacher and contributing to overall student development plans.Support with playground supervision, behavior management, and other school activities as needed. Requirements: Previous experience as a Teaching Assistant in a primary school setting is essential.A strong understanding of the primary curriculum and child development.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with students, staff, and parents.A proactive and flexible approach to supporting different learning needs, with a commitment to inclusive education.Ability to work effectively as part of a team and independently when required.
