Cook urgently required to work as part of the Belfast Health and Social Care Trust, based in Knockbracken. The post offers part-time or full-time hours working between the hours of 6am until 1.30pm. Flexibility will be required as shifts will be on a rota basis including weekends. The hourly rate Monday to Friday is £11.67, Saturday £15.75 and Sunday £19.72. Initially this post will be on a temporary basis for 6 months with the possibility of an extension based on performance. Main duties for the role include preparing and cooking meals both chill and frozen, catering dirty needs, ensuring food is stored in hygiene conditions, performing regular stock rotations, cleaning kitchen equipment and contributing ideas to staff menus.
