Entrepreneurial| Energetic| Team player | Customer focused | Engaging| Inspirational.You will be a junior lawyer with commercial / corporate experience ideally with experience in commercial contracts .RESPONSIBILITIES:Draft, review, negotiate and report on a range of commercial contracts, such as:Customer and supplier contracts /Logistics contracts/Distribution and agency agreementsSponsorship and marketing agency agreementsHelp in the promotion of adherence to good practice in all contractual, legal and regulatory and compliance areas across the Group, to ensure that it continues to meet its legal obligations and minimises risk.Work with the Company Secretary, General Counsel and other Group legal colleagues to implement group wide governance and proactively champion a strong risk and compliance control culture, driving continuous improvement.Input to the design and/or delivery of training associated with any new policies, procedures and business practices which are driven by good corporate governance, legal compliance and the minimisation of risk in relationships with external stakeholders. Collaborate with other legal and compliance team members in the creation and maintenance of standard legal precedent drafts and other documentation.
