Risk & Compliance Executive Up to £30k (doe) Permanent Nottingham - Office/Hybrid Full Time Monday - Friday 9am-5pm Harper Recruitment Group are working in partnership with a legal firm who are seeking an experienced and motivated Risk and Compliance Executive to join a dynamic team. You will play a crucial part of the team resolving client due diligence, conflict resolution, risk management and ensuring adherence to internal policies and procedures. Key Responsibilities Resolving escalated conflict issues Conducting and reviewing risk reports, identifying any issues and assessing potential risks Monitoring compliance with laws, regulations, and internal policies Liaising with internal stakeholders Report back to business functions on current risk and compliance performance Carry out various general administrative duties (such as file creation and maintenance of ongoing administrative projects)Essential Criteria Minimum 2 years working as a CDD, risks and conflicts analyst in a law firm or financial services Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail Strong interpersonal, teamwork, and communication skills Ability to multitask and manage time effectively Company benefits: Hybrid working (2 days per week in the office) 25 days holiday entitlement Modern offices Bonus scheme Apply NOW to avoid disappointment!
