Taking ownership of individual enquiries and requests using a ticketing system. Upholding the company's reputation and instilling confidence in their and services. Qualifications and Skills: Proven experience Customer Service. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities. Proficient in Word, Excel and CRM packages.
