Housing Officer

I'm currently working with a Housing Association who are looking for a Housing Officer to join their team on a temporary contract for 3 months.

Job Title: Housing Officer
Location: Merthyr
Contract Type: Temporary
Salary: 22 p/h

Housing Office responsibilities:

• Single point of contact to tenants and residents
• Be a visible presence on specialist housing schemes, maximising communication to achieve tenancy sustainability and positive tenancy management
• Dealing with Tenancy queries and complaints
• Respond to issues as they arise and work pro-actively to resolve problems before they escalate

Housing Officer requirements:

• Previous experience as Housing Officer, ASB officer, Income Officer, Supported Housing
• Be able to hit the ground running
• Available within 1 week
