Construction Manager

GVR Solutions are currently looking for an experienced Internals Package Site Manager to work for a well-established Residential developer based on their biggest development based in Dartford. Project : Residential new build Development Project stage : First fix through to completion Rate : £240pd - £260pd Duration : On-going Responsibilities: Working and reporting to the Senior Site Manager The role will require you to ensure the successful delivery of works on budget, on time and, in a safe manner and fully in accordance with company policy and procedures Managing contractors and direct operatives, ensuring planned works are completed on time and within budget You will work closely with the supply chain to ensure delivery, prepare work programmes, weekly reporting, hold regular meetings with supply chain and client, and providing high quality technical expertise on electrical works Managing and maintaining the highest standards of health and safety. Qualifications: Previous experience working on internals for new build residential developments Highly driven and have a good eye for detail & quality SMSTS CSCS Card First Aid Asbestos Awareness Temporary works Trade background is preferential but not essential
