Conveyancing Solicitor

We are delighted to be working with this Sittingbourne based law firm. They are recruiting for a Residential Conveyancing Solicitor to join their team on a permanent, full-time basis. Salary: £40,000 plus Typical duties include: * Sale and purchase of freehold and leasehold property * Dealing with lease extensions * Conducting matters on the behalf of clients * Re-mortgages * New build, shared ownership and help to buy matters * Transfers of equity * Business development Candidate specification: * Experience working within Conveyancing * Qualified as a Solicitor of England and Wales * Team player * Well organised * Ability to go above and beyond for clients * Ideally have experience in supervising more junior members If this role looks like your next challenge, please contact Antonio ASAP or apply via this advert!
