Sales Manager

We are looking for an experienced packaging machinery sales person to join this very well established supplier of packaging machinery mainly to the non food manufacturing markets. I have recruited for this company for over 20 years and they are a great place to work where staff retention is very high.   BASIC SALARY: up to £55,000   BENEFITS: · Open ended Commission on all sales for £10,000 OTE · Choice of Company Car · 8% Pension · Private Health   LOCATION: Home based covering the North of England (North of Birmingham) and Scotland and ideally living on the M62 corridor down to Birmingham.   COMMUTABLE LOCATIONS: Manchester, Leeds, Birmingham, Nottingham, Stoke, Hull, Lincoln   JOB DESCRIPTION: Sales Manager - Packaging Machinery, Manufacturing   This is a classic area sales management role selling to existing accounts and developing new business. Selling a range of packaging machinery (average order value circa £60,000) to non food manufacturing industries.   They are very strong in the E-Commerce market but are possibly looking to develop business in the food market.   PERSON SPECIFICATION: Sales Manager - Packaging Machinery, Manufacturing   · You WILL have a proven track record in sales of Packaging machinery. · Ideally you will have an engineering background and qualifications. · Any specific experience of selling into the E-Commerce market would be advantageous.   THE COMPANY:   A very well established supplier of a range of packaging and printing machinery based solutions supplied to a range of manufacturing industries and to the print market.
